How to Find Channels?
You need to change Signal Type to "Air".
How to do: MENU--Channel Search--Signal Type-- Air
STEP 1: Please find available channels in your area.
1. Visit dtv.gov/maps, it's simple and useful to you.
2. TVFool, you could grasp that the signal strength and the broadcast towers around you.
STEP 2: Connection Tips:
- Connect TV antenna to 'Ant In' on the back of your UBISHENG Digital TV Converter Box.
- Set up UBISHENG Digital TV Converter Box menu, change the scan type to "Antenna" Or "Air".
- Scan for channels using your UBISHENG Digital TV Converter Box's "Channel Search" or "Channel Scan" and enjoy free TV with your family.
NOTE: Areas with large obstructions will reduce effective range. It's strongly recommended to install the antenna close to a window or higher location. Always keep re-scanning for channels after moving the antenna.
STEP 3: Please pay attention to these WARM TIPS!!
Channel reception will vary depending on what's being broadcast in your area, how far away you are from broadcast towers, and your surroundings (i.e. obstructions between you and the towers).
- Please avoid obstacles when you install the antenna. Keep away from high-power devices in your home.
- If your house is very close to the broadcast tower (<30 miles) and the signal is strong, please switch the amplifier to "short range". Always keep re-scanning for channels after adjusting the amplifier.
