Setup Guide
1. Physical Installation
The camera can be installed in various positions: side, normal, or wall-mounted. Ensure the mounting surface is stable and secure. Use the provided screw package for installation.

2. Power Connection
Connect the camera to a DC 12V power supply (not included). Ensure the connection is secure and protected, especially for outdoor installations, using the waterproof connector kits.
3. App Installation and Configuration (V380 Pro)
The V380 Pro app is required for camera control and monitoring. It is compatible with Android and iOS devices.
- Download the App: Scan the QR code provided in the manual or search for "V380 Pro" in your device's app store.
- Register & Login: Open the V380 Pro app and create a new account or log in with an existing one.
- Add Device: Tap the '+' icon to add a new camera.
- Power On: Ensure the camera is powered on and the indicator light is blinking.
- Access-Point Established: Follow the app prompts to establish an access point connection. This may involve connecting your phone to the camera's temporary Wi-Fi hotspot.
- Set Up Connection: Configure the camera to connect to your home Wi-Fi network (2.4GHz only).
- Connect Camera: Select your Wi-Fi network and enter the password.
- Success: Once connected, you will receive a success notification.
- Name Device: Give your camera a descriptive name (e.g., "Front Door," "Backyard").
- Enjoy View: You can now access the live feed and control your camera through the app.

4. Network Connection Options
The camera primarily uses Wi-Fi (2.4GHz). It also features a network port for wired connection to a router via an Ethernet cable, providing a stable connection.

Operating Instructions
1. Live View and Remote Access
Once connected, open the V380 Pro app on your smartphone or tablet to view the live feed from your camera. You can access the camera remotely from anywhere with an internet connection.
2. Pan & Tilt Control
Use the controls within the V380 Pro app to remotely adjust the camera's viewing angle. The camera supports 0-270° horizontal (pan) and 0-90° vertical (tilt) rotation, allowing you to monitor a wide area.

3. Two-Way Audio
The built-in microphone and speaker enable real-time two-way audio communication. You can listen to the camera's surroundings and speak through the camera using the app.

4. Motion Detection & Auto Tracking
Enable motion detection in the app settings. When movement is detected, the camera will automatically track the moving object, record video, and send a notification push to your smartphone.

5. Night Vision Modes
The camera supports both infrared night vision and full-color night vision using its 14pcs Infrared LEDs and 22pcs White LEDs. You can configure the night vision mode in the app settings.
6. Storage Management
The camera supports local storage via a TF card (up to 128GB, not included) and cloud storage (subscription may be required). Manage recordings and storage settings through the V380 Pro app.
7. AP Hotspot Mode
In areas without Wi-Fi, the camera can create its own AP hotspot. Connect your smartphone directly to this hotspot to view the live feed within a limited range.

Maintenance
- Cleaning: Regularly wipe the camera lens and body with a soft, damp cloth to remove dust and dirt. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
- Firmware Updates: Check the V380 Pro app periodically for available firmware updates. Keeping the firmware updated ensures optimal performance and security.
- Connection Check: Periodically verify the Wi-Fi connection strength and power supply to ensure continuous operation.
- Environmental Protection: While the camera is IP66 waterproof, ensure it is installed in a location that minimizes direct exposure to extreme weather conditions for extended longevity.

Troubleshooting
- Camera Not Connecting to Wi-Fi:
- Ensure your Wi-Fi network is 2.4GHz. The camera does not support 5GHz Wi-Fi.
- Check that the Wi-Fi password is entered correctly in the app.
- Move the camera closer to the Wi-Fi router to improve signal strength.
- Restart the camera and your router.
- Use the Reset Button (refer to Figure 3) to factory reset the camera and try setup again.
- No Live View in App:
- Verify the camera is powered on and connected to Wi-Fi.
- Check your smartphone's internet connection.
- Ensure the V380 Pro app is updated to the latest version.
- Restart the app.
- Motion Detection Not Working:
- Check motion detection settings in the V380 Pro app to ensure it's enabled and sensitivity is adjusted correctly.
- Ensure the camera's field of view is clear of obstructions.
- Two-Way Audio Issues:
- Check microphone and speaker permissions for the V380 Pro app on your smartphone.
- Ensure your phone's volume is up.
- Reduce background noise near the camera.
