1. Battery Test
- From the main menu, select "Battery Test".
- Choose the type of battery (e.g., Regular Flooded, GEL, AGM Flat Plate, AGM Spiral, EFB, Other Type).
- Select the appropriate test criteria (e.g., CCA, IEC, EN, DIN, JIS, GB) and input the rated value.
- Press "OK" to start the test. The results will be displayed within a few seconds, indicating battery voltage, current, resistance, state of charge (SOC), and life percentage.
2. Cranking Test (Starter System Test)
- From the main menu, select "Cranking Test".
- Follow the on-screen prompts to start the vehicle engine.
- The tester will display the current voltage, minimum voltage during cranking, and compare it to the minimum required value (e.g., > 9.6V).
- Press "OK" to view the results.
3. Charging Test (Alternator System Test)
- From the main menu, select "Charging Test".
- Start the engine and increase the engine speed to approximately 2500 RPM for 5 seconds as prompted.
- Press "OK" to continue. The tester will analyze the charging system and display battery voltage, minimum voltage, and maximum voltage, indicating if the voltage is normal.
4. Load Test (Maximum Load Test)
- From the main menu, select "Load Test".
- Turn on all electrical loads in the car (e.g., AC, headlights, radio) as prompted.
- Start the car engine and press "OK". The tester will measure the battery voltage under load.
5. Language Selection
The device supports 14 languages. To change the language:
- From the main menu, select "Languages".

Troubleshooting
- Device does not power on: Ensure the Kelvin clips are correctly connected to the battery terminals (red to positive, black to negative). Check for secure connections.
- Inaccurate readings: Ensure the battery terminals are clean and free of corrosion. Re-establish connections. Make sure the correct battery type and test standard are selected in the menu.
- "Low Voltage" error: If the measured battery voltage is lower than 6.0V, the normal test cannot be performed. The device may prompt to continue, but results might be unreliable. Consider charging the battery before retesting.
- Printer not working: Check if the thermal paper is loaded correctly and not jammed. Ensure the printer cover is closed.
- No display on screen: Check battery connections. If the issue persists, contact customer support.
