SIMPLIED SETUP MANUAL : ZIGBANG SHP-A21 (Gate lock)
– Version 1 –
After installation, the default pin is 1234 and General Registration Mode is set by default. (How to Unlock: 1234*)
General Registration Mode (1 default PIN, 50 cards, 100 fingerprints)
[Registration of PIN, Card, Fingerprints]
– Register new PIN / change PIN: R > 1 > PIN > *
o After new PIN is registered, the default pin (1234) is changed to the new pin
– Register card: R > 2 > Scan Card(s) > *
– Register fingerprints (outbody): R > 3 > 1 > Scan Fingerprint (3 times) > *
– Register fingerprints (inbody): R > 3 > 2 > Scan Fingerprint (3 times) > *
[Deletion]
– Delete All cards: R > 02 > # (hold 5 sec)
– Delete All fingerprint (outbody): R > 031 > # (hold 5 sec)
– Delete All fingerprint (inbody): R > 031 > # (hold 5 sec)
Remarks:
– Delete All PIN: R > 01 > # (hold 5 sec) → Not working in General Registration Mode as there is only one pin. Register new pin if you need to change pin.
[Factory Reset]
– R > 0 > # > 1470852369 > # (hold 5 sec)
[Remote Control (RC)]
– Register a RC: R > 4 > 1 > * > Press & hold RC button (5 ~ 10 sec) > *
o Max. 5 RC
– Delete All Remote Control: R > 0 > 4 > # (hold 5 sec)
[Sequential Unlock Setting with Zigbang SHP-P52]
– On SHP-P52: Unlock > R > Master Pin * > 4 * > 1 *
– On SHP-A21 (Gate): R > 4 > 0 > *
– On SHP-P52: After hearing beeping sound (ding-dong-deng), press R
– On SHP-P52: Lock and unlock once (use a Pin or any access credential)
– On SHP-A21 (Gate): Hearing “Open” voice sound
Remarks:
– After doing the above steps, 2-way sync is automatically set.
– To keep A21 (Gate) locked while unlocking P52, press “Double lock” button briefly (1 sec) on P52 prior to unlocking P52 by the unlock button or the thumb- turn.
SHP-P52 Factory Reset and Remove All Linked Information: Use the following reset code on P52 to delete all linked devices such as Remote controllers and SHP- A21 (gate lock).
– On P52, Press and hold Reg for 5 sec > 1470852369*
About Paired devices with a P52
– P52 can pair with both a RC and an A21 (for sequential unlock), as well as a Wi-Fi mobile app.
– When unlocking P52 with Wi-Fi mobile app, A21 (Gate) will also be unlocked automatically if the sequential unlock mode is activated.
– When unlocking P52 with a paired RC, A21 (Gate) will NOT be unlocked even if the sequential unlock mode is activated.
The following setting shall perform on “SHP-P52”
[One Time PIN Setting]
– With the door locked
– # > PIN > * > One-Time PIN (4 ~ 12) > *
– You can use any PIN that you have registered.
[Volume Setting]
– Volume Mute: R > 81*
– Volume Low: R > 82*
– Volume High: R > 83*
[Door Alarm Setting]
– Disable Door Alarm: R > 7 > 7 > *
– Activate Door Alarm: R > 7 > 6 > *
REMARKS
– Use “Individual Registration Mode” if you need to register multiple PIN.
– After registering PIN, cards, and fingerprints in General Registration Mode, switching to Individual Registration Mode will erase all previously registered data and change the password to 1234. In such case, you need to add all access credentials again.
– When you set a master PIN (admin PIN), you are required to input the master pin for any changes (addition/deletion/modification) and for performing a factory reset.
[Sequential Unlock Setting with Zigbang SHP-DP609]
– On SHP-DP609: Unlock > R > Master Pin * > 4 * > 1 *
– On SHP-A21 (Gate): R > 4 > 0 > *
– On SHP-DP609: After hearing beeping sound (ding-dong-deng), press R
– On SHP-DP609: Lock and unlock once (use a Pin or any access credential)
– On SHP-A21 (Gate): Hearing “Open” voice sound
Remarks:
– After doing the above steps, 2-way sync is automatically set.

– DP609 can pair with A21 (for sequential unlock), as well as a Wi-Fi mobile app.
– When unlocking DP609 with Wi-Fi mobile app, A21 (Gate) will also be unlocked automatically if the sequential unlock mode is activated.
