Usage
- Please fully insert the plug into the socket, and ensure that the total power of the connected devices does not exceed the maximum output power of the energy storage device.
- Do not bundle the wires during use to avoid abnormal overheating.
- Store the product in a cool and dry place.
- Do not expose the product to high temperatures or fire.
- Do not expose the product to a humid environment or immerse it in liquid.
- Do not use the product near strong static electricity or strong magnetic fields.
- Do not disassemble, modify, or short-circuit the product. For repairs or maintenance, please consult Zendure’s official channels. Incorrect disassembly or reassembly may cause fire, electrical damage, or personal injury.
- Ensure that the product is not subjected to impact, drop, or severe vibration. Secure the product firmly during transportation and use to prevent damage. If seriously damaged, immediately turn off the power and stop using the product.
- Place the product on a flat surface to prevent it from tipping over. If the product tips over and is seriously damaged, turn it off immediately.
- Keep the product out of the reach of children and pets.

Disposal

To ensure proper recycling and avoid a negative impact on the environment, electronic devices must be taken to a collection point in their community or district. For this reason, electronic devices are marked with the symbol shown here.

Product Overview
Enter Off-Grid Mode
- Press and hold the IOT button for 6 seconds to power off.
- Use the wrench to press the AC connector and disconnect the AC power cable (see illustration).
- Connect the off-grid socket to the hybrid inverter (see illustration).
- Press and hold the IOT button for 2 seconds to power on.
- The hybrid inverter will automatically switch to off-grid mode, and the off-grid socket will be powered.
- Connect household devices to the off-grid socket for power supply.
Note
- Ensure that the plugs of household devices are fully inserted into the socket and that the total power of the connected devices does not exceed the maximum output power of the hybrid inverter.
- When no load is connected to the off-grid socket, turn off the hybrid inverter to reduce battery consumption.
- Keep the off-grid socket in a cool, dry place, avoiding exposure to humid environments or immersion in liquids. Otherwise, there is a risk of short circuit, fire, or personal injury.
- Keep the product out of the reach of children and pets.
Enter Grid-Tied Mode
- Press and hold the IOT button for 6 seconds to power off.
- Use the wrench to press the AC connector on the off-grid socket and disconnect it (see illustration).
- Connect the AC power cable to the hybrid inverter (see illustration).
- Press and hold the IOT button for 2 seconds to power on.
- The hybrid inverter will automatically switch to grid-tied mode.

FAQs
What is the maximum power output supported when the off-grid socket is connected to the Hyper 2000?
It supports up to 1200W. Ensure that the product load does not exceed this power value.
Does the app support viewing and control in off-grid mode?
Yes, it supports access and control via Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.
What does ECO mode in the app mean?
In ECO mode, if no load or solar input is detected for more than 2 hours, the Hyper will turn off to save energy. After turning off the Hyper, press the button for 2 seconds to restart.
