FT50D Quick Start Guide
Panel Introduction
Program Setting
Our device uses a 24-hour clock system, for example, 16:00 is equivalent to 4:00 PM (see page 16 in the user manual for details).
Step 1 – Unlock
Power up OR long press 
2s if screen locked. 
Step 2 – Set current time
Clock icon flashes, press to start setting current time with 
then press to save.
Step 3.1 – Set feeding time
Press 
then number 1 flashes, press and to setthe feeding time and press to save.
Step 3.2 – Set feeding portion
Press the to adjust the portion, then press to save.
Note:
max 20 portions for each meal, 1 portions≈4/3Tbsp(1/12cup, 20ml)
Step 3.3 – Set other meals pion
Press move the next meal setting, repeat steps to set up feeding time and portion.
Step 4 – Return main interface
All setting done press 
back to main interface.

| Problem | Solutions |
| How to set the current time | 1.Upon turning on, press the settings button to enter current time setup. 2.The clock will flash, adjust the hours using the up and down keys, and save by pressing the settings button. 3.At this point, the minutes will flash, adjust the minutes using the up and down keys, and again save by pressing the settings button. 4.When the numbers for hours and minutes are no longer flashing, the current time setting is complete. |
| Food did not dispense at the set time | 1.Ensure the food’s diameter is less than 12mm, only suitable for dry food. 2.Check if the turntable is jammed, if so please clean it first. 3.Check if the food container still has food, please replenish in time if it’s running low. 4.If it is battery-powered, please ensure there’s sufficient battery power. We recommend using the plug and batteries at the same time. 5.For first-time use, please manually feed four times to ensure the food fills the slot. Press the manual feeding button on the machine to feed. |
