Connectors
The 120Ω line termination jumper can be enabled or disabled at the user’s discretion for proper RS485 bus communication.
Use a flexible cable with a sheath with a diameter between 2.5mm and 6.5mm and single-stranded (or multi-stranded with crimp) 20-26AWG wires.
Hold the base(1) of the cable gland and slightly loosen the nut(2).
Thread the cable, taking care not to damage the seal(3).
Strip the cable for about 10cm. Adjust the cable and retighten the nut.
Installation Setting up
Please note that after the installation of the railDIN kit, the protection rating of the housing will change to IP50.
