What's Included

The package typically includes the JBL Bar 2.0 All-in-One (MK2) soundbar, a remote control, power cord(s), and batteries (e.g., AAA). Note that power cord quantity and plug type may vary by region.

Setup and Placement

Placement Options

You can place the soundbar on a shelf or table in front of your TV. Ensure it is centered and at a comfortable viewing height.

Wall Mounting (Optional)

The soundbar can also be wall-mounted. Follow the diagrams for proper placement and drilling. Ensure the wall is suitable for the weight. For wall mounting, you may need screws and anchors (not always included). The diagrams suggest drilling holes with a specific diameter (e.g., ≤8 mm / 0.31") and ensuring a minimum distance from the top edge (e.g., ≥30 mm / 1.18"). A small drill bit (e.g., 4mm / 0.16") might be used for pilot holes.

Connections

Connecting to Your TV

Connect your TV to the soundbar using either:

HDMI (ARC): Connect the HDMI OUT (TV ARC) port on the soundbar to the HDMI ARC input on your TV using an HDMI cable.
Optical: Connect the OPTICAL port on the soundbar to the Optical Out port on your TV using an optical cable.

Power Connection

Connect the power cord to the POWER input on the soundbar and then to a wall outlet. ?

Bluetooth Pairing

To connect a Bluetooth device (like a smartphone or tablet):

Press the Bluetooth button [Bluetooth Icon] on the remote control.
On your Bluetooth device, go to Bluetooth settings, search for "JBL Bar 2.0", and connect. The device should indicate "Connected".
Keep your Bluetooth device within 10 meters (33 feet) of the soundbar for a stable connection.

USB Usage

The USB port is primarily for software upgrades. USB playback is available in the US version only. For other regions, the USB port may be for service purposes only.
