Product Usage Instructions
Mounting the Camera:
When mounting the camera on a wall, point the microphone upward and the speaker downward.
Option 1:
- Ensure you have the necessary tools and components ready from the box.
- Mount the camera using the specified dimensions A, B, and C.
- Refer to waterproof cables if needed.
Option 2:
- Mount the camera using the provided microSD card and waterproof tape if needed.
- Follow the dimensions A, B, and C for proper installation.
- Keep the protective film on during installation and remove it before use.
Option 3:
- Mount the camera using a 1/4-20unc screw.
- If using a microSD card, insert it into the designated slot.
- Keep the protective film on during installation and remove it before use.
Installing microSD Card (Optional):
If you choose to use a microSD card for storage, insert it into the designated slot on the camera.
Waterproof Cables (Optional):
If using Ethernet or power cables that require waterproofing, refer to the provided instructions for proper installation.
Activation and Access:
To activate and access the camera, use the TP-Link VIGI App.

Usage Tips:
- Make sure your power supply matches your camera. The camera also supports PoE (802.3af/at).
The power source should comply with Power Source Class 2 (PS2) or Limited Power Source (LPS) of IEC 62368-1. - Make sure that the wall is strong enough to withstand 4 times the weight of the camera and mounting bracket.
- If you are uncertain or uncomfortable performing the installation, consult a qualified electrician.
Safety Information
- Do not use any other chargers than those recommended.
- Do not use damaged charger or USB cable to charge the device.
- Do not attempt to disassemble, repair, or modify the device. If you need service, please contact us.
