Method 1: You can scan the QR code and download the “Towell’l APP.

Search “ToWell” and download from App Store.
Register and Login
Support email and quick login.

Add WiFi device
- Power on the device, and wait for the device prompt “Please configure Wi Fit’ or the light flashes,
- Log in to the “ToWell” app, enable the Bluetooth function on your phone, click the “+” add button on the interface, and enter the automatic device search interface,
- Find the device you need to add in the search results, click the”Connect” button on the right, and follow the interface to add the device.

Add 4G device
- Insert the SIM card into the device(lf the SIM card has already been inserted, you can skip this step).
- Power on the device and wait for the device prompts “Successful connection ,welcome”.lfthe device prompts network connection failure, please check ifthere is flow on the SIM card (3) Log in to the “ToWell” app,Scan the QR code on the body of the came to add device.

Data Storage
TF Card Storage (1)
Insert a TF card to store recordings locally. Playback is accessible via the TF card.
- 32GB supports 7-day playback, 64GB supports 14-day playback, 128GB supports 30-day playback.
- When the TF card is full, new recordings will overwrite the oldest data.

Q: How does the camera store videos?
A:
- Local TF card storage, supports up to 256G, automatically older videos when the TF card is full, and records in a loop.

Q: What to do if the camera cannot be connected goes offline abnormally during use?
A:
- Check if the camera power and router network are normal.
- Unplug the camera power and restart camera.
- Restore the camera to factory settings (long-press the Reset button for about 5-10 seconds until you hear the “Restore to Factory” prompt sound,then release), and then add the device again according to the instructions.
