Register and Login
Support email and quick login.
Add WiFi device
- Power on the device, and wait for the device prompts “Please configure WiFi” or the light flashes.
- Log in to the “ToWell” app, enable the Bluetooth function on your phone, click the “+” add button on the interface, and enter the automatic device search interface.
- Find the device you need to add in the search results, click the”Connect” button on the right, and follow the interface to add the device.
Add 4G device
- Insert the SIM card into the device(If the SIM card has already been inserted, you can skip this step).
- Power on the device and wait for the device prompt “Successful connection,welcome”.If the device prompts network connection failure, please check if there is flow on the SIM card.(3) Log in to the “ToWell” app,Scan the QR code on the body of the came to add the device.

Data Storage
TF Card storage (1)
Insert a TF card to store recordings locally. Playback is accessible via the TF card.
- 32GB supports 7-day playback, 64GB supports 14-day playback, 128GB supports 30-day playback.
- When the TF card is full, new recordings will overwrite the oldest data.

Product key and indicator light description
- Power on: Turn the DIP switch to ON until the indicator light turns on, which means the power is on.
- Power off: Long the DIP switch to OFF until the indicator light goes off, which means the power is off.
- Reset button: When the camera is powered on, long-press the reset button until the indicator light flashes and then release it, which restores the factory settings.
- Indicator light status:
- The indicator light flashes slowly, indicating that the network is not connected.
- The indicator light is always on, indicating that the network connection is successful.
- Charge prompt: When charging, the red light is on, and the indicator light goes off after full charge (this prompt is applicable to battery-powered devices, and can be ignored for constant power models)
