Remote Control Battery Installation
1 Using a Philips screwdriver, remove battery cover. (See Pic. 1 below)
2 Insert (4) 1.5V AA batteries into the battery compartment. (Batteries not included)
Be sure to place them in according to the proper polarity as shown, (Pic. 2)
3 Re-install battery cover and tighten the screw. (Pic. 3)

Battery Handling Instructions:
- Use care to install and remove batteries correctly.
- Never attempt to re-charge non-rechargeable batteries.
- Adult supervision is recommended during charging.
- Never mix old and new batteries.
- Only use the recommended battery types.
- Always insert batteries with correct polarity.
- Promptly remove expired batteries.
Installation of Loader Battery
1. Loosen battery cover screw with philips screwdriver, then turn cover lock counter clockwise. Remove battery cover.

2. Connect Lithium battery pack to the TR-213 connection port, as shown. Place battery pack into the compartment.
- Power switch
- TR-213 Power connection port.
3. Tighten battery cover screw, then twist cover lock clockwise until the battery cover is locked.
Battery Charging Instructions
CHARGING METHODS
Connect the white port of the lithium battery to the USB charging port as shown and ensure that the pod is tight and correct, and then plug the USB charging head into the power adapter to charge it.

INDICATOR LIGHT STATUS AT THE TIME OF CHARGING:
Uncharged Status: Red LED stays on.
Charging: Red LED on, Green LED is flashing.
Fully Charged: Red LED off and Green LED stays on.
NOTE: Charging time is 5-7 hours. When charged, promptly remove the USB charging cable.
Li-Po Battery Info
- The Li-Po Battery Pack should only be charged using the Intelligent USB charger lead.
- Only charge the battery pack using the white charging port.
- When charging, use a 5V USB charging plug.
- Never attempt to charge the Li-Po battery pack if there are visible signs of damage or wear.
- Once the Li-Po Battery Pack is fully charged, promptly remove it from the charging cable. Never leave the battery pack plugged into the charger longer than the necessary charge time.
Li-Po Battery Safety
– Read all of the instructions before using or charging the Li-Po Battery Pack.
– Never attempt to charge the battery pack without the Intelligent USB Charger cable that was included with the TR-213 Loader.
– Never leave a charging battery pack unattended.
– Keep the Li-Po Battery Pack away from heat sources. Do not attempt to dismantle or re-wire the battery pack.
– Examine the battery pack for any damage to the wires or pack before using it or recharging it.
– Do not attempt to recharge a battery pack that is swollen or deformed in any way.
– Keep battery pack and small parts away from children.
– Follow all local recycling and disposal laws before discarding used batteries or damaged battery packs.
– Battery packs should be charged under adult supervision.
WARNING
– The TR-213 Loader is not recommended for children under age 12.
– The remote controller is powered by (4) 1.5V AA batteries. The Loader uses a 7.4V 2000mAh Li-Po rechargeable battery pack.
– To avoid accidental burns, never touch the motor after use. The motor generates heat.
– Periodically check all wires, plugs, and connectors to ensure they are in good condition. Never use with damaged components.
– Only use the charger that came with this unit to recharge the battery pack.
– Never look directly at the LED light source as it may cause eye damage.
– To avoid interfering with aviation control, never use within 2 miles of an airport.
Pairing Instructions
This product is equipped with a 2.4GHz remote control.
To “pair” the controller to the unit, turn both power switches to on.
Once on, the unit will automatically find the controller and match the frequency. Once the frequency is paired, there will be an audible series of beeps.

Lights & Sound Control
Press the sound switch to open the sound effect, and press again to close (circulating)
Press the light switch to turn on the light, and press again to turn off (circulating)
Arm Balance Adjustments
If the arms are not lifting and lowering in sync. then the excavator arms need a balance adjustment.
To adjust the left arm down, push the left balance adjustment button up slowly.
To adjust the right arm down, push the right balance adjustment button up slowly.
To adjust the left arm up, push the left balance adjustment button down slowly.
To adjust the right arm up, push the right balance adjustment button down slowly.

Never attempt to lift more than 3.25 pounds with the TR-213 Loader.
