  2. I have a tic watch which is not displaying only it shows charging and blinking it doesn’t on to be use at all if only I press long press on the home key it displays tic watch once I remove the charger it went off please what we be done I bought a new charger again same thing

    Why does my Ticwatch E only show a charging icon and turn off immediately when removed from the charger?

    Based on your description, it appears your Ticwatch E is experiencing a power delivery or battery failure. Since you have already tried a new charger and the device still shuts down immediately upon removal from power, please try the following steps:

    • Clean the Charging Pins: Use a soft cloth or a cotton swab with a small amount of rubbing alcohol to clean the gold contact points on the back of the watch and the pins on the charging cable. Debris or oxidation can prevent a full charge.
    • Long Charge Session: Leave the watch on the charger for at least 2 to 4 hours uninterrupted, even if the screen is blinking or showing a charging icon.
    • Hard Reset: While the watch is connected to the charger, press and hold the power button for approximately 15–20 seconds to see if the system reboots into a stable state.

    If the watch continues to power off the moment it is unplugged, the internal battery is likely no longer able to hold a charge. Because the Ticwatch E battery is not user-serviceable, you may need to contact Mobvoi support or a professional repair service.
