INTEL LGA 115X/1700 Adjust Intel backplate
Position 1 for LGA 1700 /1851
Position 2 for LGA115X/1200
Adjust backplate screws position to your motherboard
INTEL LGA 115X/1200 Installation
Install Intel backplate backplate from back side of motherboard
Install four 115X standoffs through backplate screws from front side of motherboard
Install two Intel brackets on standoffs, secure brackets with four nuts.
Apply thermal compound on CPU IHS.
Secure waterblock on CPU with two nuts on waterblock bracket
INTEL LGA 1700/1851 Installation
Install adjusted intel backplate from back side of motherboard
Install four 1700 standoffs through backplate screws from front side of motherboard
Install two Intel brackets on standoffs, secure brackets with four nuts.
Apply thermal compound on CPU IHS.
Secure waterblock on CPU with two nuts on waterblock bracket
INTEL LGA20XX Installation
Install four Intel LGA20XX screws on motherboard ILM
Install two Intel brackets on LGA20XX screws, secure them with nuts.
LGA20XX mounting hole on Intel brackets.
Apply thermal compound on CPU IHS.
Secure waterblock on CPU with two nuts on waterblock bracket
AMD AM4/AM5 Installation
Remove factory CPU brackets and screws, KEEP the backplate
Install four AM4/AM5 standoffs on backplate
Secure two AM4/AM5 brackets with four AM4/AM5 screws.
Apply thermal compound on CPU IHS.
Secure waterblock on CPU with two nuts on waterblock bracket
Fan & Radiator Mounting
- Use long fan mounting screws to install fans on the radiator.
- Use short radiator mounting screws to install radiator to the case.
Waterblock/Fan Guide
■ Connect the waterblock pump power cable to CPU_OPT or AIO PUMP socket
Connect fan power cable to CPU_FAN socket on motherboard.
Connect waterblack, FAN ARGB cable to ARGB socket on motherboard.
- 5V3 PIN ARGB cable for FAN
LCD screen wiring
Connect screen power cable to SATA socket on power supply; Connect 9 pin USB cable to 9 pin USB socket on motherboard.
- SATA CABLE
- LCD screen data cable
- SATA power cord
Rotate waterblock panel.
Magnetic Waterblock Panel can be adjusted to four directions.

- Check 9 pin USB cable connect to the usb socket on motherboard and connect SATA cable to the power supply before software install.
- Download software at:
https://www.thermalright.com/support/download/
Unzip setup file and start install by double click setup. - After install completed, double click shortcut icon on desktop to run software.
- All functions on LCD are controlled by software, and software will auto start at OS boot. Please do not exit the program.
- For unknown error, restart the display by re-plug USB cable on waterblock.
