Overview

The Ear Shots Pro LED consists of two earbuds and a charging case. The earbuds feature touch control panels on their stalks. The charging case has an LED touch screen on its front, a speaker, a USB-C charging port, and a screen/reset button on the back.

Before first use

Even though Ear Shots Pro LED will come with some battery charge, it is advisable to fully charge them before first use. Connect the charging case with earbuds inside to a suitable USB power source using the lead provided and leave for around 1 hour to ensure they are ready for use. When charging, the charging case LED screen will display the current battery percentage.

Pairing to your device

Ear Shots Pro LED are fitted with an intelligent chipset that allows instant pairing on smart devices. To enter pairing mode simply open the lid of the charging case and the LED screen will show an animation of the case opening. Open the Bluetooth list on your smart device and search for the pairing name "Ear Shots Pro LED" and select. Once paired, users can reconnect or disconnect to their device at any time by simply opening and closing the lid on the charging case. Remove either earbud for mono audio or hands-free calls or both earbuds to experience the amazing immersive stereo sound experience of Ear Shots Pro LED.

Play/pause

Each earbud has a multi-function touch control panel which is located on the inside surface of the earbud stalk. To play or pause the current track, tap the panel on either earbud once.

Next track/previous track

To move to the next music track, tap the touch control panel on either earbud twice or to move to the previous track tap either earbud 3 times.

Increase/decrease volume

To increase the master volume, hold then swipe the touch control panel upwards on either earbud; to decrease the master volume hold then swipe downwards on either earbud.

ANC mode select

Earshots Pro LED are fitted with an Active Noise Cancelling chipset, which allows users to block out various background noise using different settings. To scroll through the 3 ANC settings (ANC Off, ANC On and Transparency mode) press and hold the touch control panel on either earbud for 3 seconds.

ENC Hands-free operation

Ear Shots Pro LED incorporate ENC technology which is designed to eliminate background noise during hands-free calls. When a call is received whilst wearing the earbuds, a call announcement will be heard. To accept the call, press the MF touch panel on either earbud once or to reject the call press it twice. When the call is completed, hang up by pressing the MF touch panel on either earbud again.

Operation using the charging case LED screen

The charging case on Ear Shots Pro LED is fitted with an innovative LED touch screen which enables users to control various functions of their connected device without needing to pick it up. There are 14 different control screens which can be accessed by swiping either left or right gently on the touch screen. These screens enable users to play and pause the current track, increase or decrease the master volume, access the various ANC settings, adjust the graphic equalizer sound modes, set a countdown alarm, adjust the light level of the LED screen, change the touch screen operating language, change the wallpaper, access the find my earphone function if one or both earbuds are misplaced, display or adjust the current date and time settings, "Like" a track in a playlist, take a photo remotely using a connected device, turn on or off the touch tone/touch to wake screen/ear detection settings and use the LED flashlight function. NOTE: When the LED touch screen is in sleep mode, users can wake it by either pressing the screen/reset button on the back of the case or by tapping the screen twice (if enabled in touch to wake menu).

Charging the earbuds and case

To charge the earbuds, carefully place them in the corresponding magnetic ports of the charging case and close the lid. It usually takes around 1 hour to fully charge the earbuds from 'flat'. The charging case is a compact, magnetic carry case and power bank, with capacity to fully recharge the earbuds up to 4 times. To charge the charging case, connect it to a compatible USB power socket using the charging cable provided.

Resetting the earphones

If problems are encountered with Ear Shots Pro LED, the best solution is to perform a factory reset, erase them from the smart device and start again. To perform this procedure first return the earbuds to the charging case, close the lid then press and hold the screen/reset button on the back. Next open the Bluetooth device list on the smart device and look for "Ear Shots Pro LED" and select. Click on "Forget this device" then repeat the "Pairing to your device" procedure as seen above.

FAQ

Q) Ear Shots Pro LED will not pair with a device.

A) Check that the earphones are in pairing mode; Bluetooth is enabled on the device; and the device is set as 'discoverable'.

Q) Ear Shots Pro LED disconnects with a device within the stated 10m transmission distance.

A) The maximum transmission distance stated is dependent on a clear line of sight between the earphones and the device. If there are large metallic objects or other devices transmitting radio or wireless signals in the vicinity, they may impact on the reception of the earphones.

Q) Ear Shots Pro LED won't reconnect with a device.

A) On occasion, the Bluetooth device or the earphones may enter a locked state and need resetting. To do this, follow the instructions for "Resetting the earphones" above.

Q) One of the earbuds drops in and out of signal.

A) On occasion there may be something interfering with the connection between each earbud and the smart device which may cause performance issues. When this happens try moving the smart device nearer to the earbuds or out of bags or pockets where the signal may be weakened. It is also possible that a low battery in either earbud can cause a loss of signal strength.
