Powering On/Off

To power on, press and hold the Multifunction button (2) until the LED light (3) turns blue. To power off, press and hold the Multifunction button again until the LED light turns red, indicating the unit is powering down.

Pairing with your device in Transmission mode

Insert the 3.5mm audio lead provided into the input/output socket (1) on the back of the unit and the other end into the audio source (e.g., headphone socket on a TV, projector, stereo system, or MP3 player). Set the TX/RX switch to transmitter mode (5). Press and hold the Multifunction button (2) until the LED blinks blue quickly, indicating pairing mode. Set your Bluetooth headphones, speakers, or sound-bar to pairing mode. Wait for the devices to connect. Connection time may vary. If unsuccessful, turn off both devices and try again. Once connected, a voice message will be heard, and the LED on the unit will blink blue intermittently.

Pairing with your device in Receiving mode

Insert the jack from wired headphones or the 3.5mm audio lead into the input/output socket (1) on the back of the unit and connect the other end to the audio system (e.g., stereo systems, amplifiers, or car audio systems). Set the TX/RX switch to receive mode (6). Press and hold the Multifunction button (2) until the LED blinks red and blue alternately, indicating receiving pairing mode. On your PC, smartphone, or tablet, search for the device. The pairing name is AV:Link BTTR2. If prompted for a pairing code, use the default setting 0000. Once connected, a voice message will be heard, and the LED will blink blue intermittently. You can now play audio from your device wirelessly.

Pairing a second device in transmission or receiving mode

This unit supports multi-point connection, allowing connection to two Bluetooth devices simultaneously. To pair a second device, press the Multifunction button (2) again after the initial pairing is successful; the red light will blink. Once the second device is paired successfully, both the red and blue lights will blink intermittently. This feature allows shared listening in transmission mode or listening to two devices alternately in receiving mode.

Charging the device

Use the supplied USB cable to charge the device fully before first use. A red LED indicates charging; it turns blue when charging is complete. Charging time is approximately 2 hours, providing up to 8 hours of use. The device can be kept charged by connecting it to a USB port on a TV, PC, or laptop.

Connecting to Audio Equipment

Connect the unit to any audio device with a 3.5mm input or output using the supplied stereo connection lead. For devices with twin RCA inputs or outputs, use the supplied RCA adaptor cable.
