Overview

Before First Use
Although your Ear Shots may have some battery charge, it is advisable to fully charge them before initial use. Connect the Power Case and earbuds to a suitable USB power source and allow approximately 2 hours for charging. During charging, the Power Case LED will flash blue and will stop flashing once fully charged.
Pairing in True Wireless Mode
For first-time use, the earbuds must be paired with each other and then with your device. Press and hold the MF button on both earbuds for about 5 seconds until the LED indicators flash red and blue, and a voice prompt announces "pairing". Next, double-press the MF button on one earbud; it will then search for the other. Once paired, you will hear a beep and a voice message saying "connected", followed by flashing blue LEDs on both earbuds. The earphones are now in Bluetooth pairing mode. Open the Bluetooth device list on your smart device, search for "AV:LINK EAR SHOTS", and select it. If prompted for a pairing code, enter "0000". Your device should connect, and you will hear a voice message confirming "connected". You are now ready to enjoy the true wireless sound experience.
Track Control
Once connected to your smart device, the MF buttons on the earbuds can be used to control music playback and phone calls. To play or pause the current track, press the MF button once on either earbud. To activate your device's voice assistant, double-press the MF button on either earbud. You can then speak your command, which the earbud's microphone will relay to your smart device. To increase volume, press the MF button three times on the right earbud; to decrease volume, press three times on the left earbud. To skip to the next track, press and hold the MF button on the right earbud. To go to the previous track, press and hold the MF button on the left earbud.
Hands-Free Operation
When receiving a phone call during audio playback, a voice will announce the caller's telephone number. To accept the call, press the MF button on either earbud once. To reject the call, press the MF button on either earbud twice. To end an ongoing call, press the MF button on either earbud once.
Disconnecting and Reconnecting to Your Device
To disconnect and switch off the earphones, press and hold the MF button on either earbud for 2-3 seconds until the LED indicator turns red. Both earphones will switch off simultaneously, and a voice message "power off" will be heard. To reconnect to the same device, press and hold the MF button on both earbuds for 2-3 seconds until the LED indicators turn red and blue. The earphones will automatically pair with your device, and a voice message "connected" will be heard.
Charging the Earbuds
To charge the earbuds, carefully place them into the corresponding magnetic ports within the Power Case and press the charging button on the back of the case once. The LED indicators on the Power Case will illuminate blue, and the earbuds' indicators will show red. Charging is complete when all LED indicators turn off. A full charge for the earbuds typically takes around 60 minutes. To stop charging at any time, press the charging button on the Power Case again; the charging lights will then extinguish.
The Power Case
The Power Case is a compact, magnetic carry case and power bank, capable of fully recharging the earphones up to 3 times. To charge the Power Case itself, connect it to a compatible USB power source using the provided USB cable. During charging, the LED indicator on the front of the Power Case will flash red, and it will display a solid red light when fully charged.

- Q) The Bluetooth earphones will not pair with your device. A) Ensure the earphones are in pairing mode, Bluetooth is enabled on your device, and the device is set to 'discoverable'.
- Q) The Bluetooth earphones disconnect within the stated 10m transmission distance. A) The maximum transmission distance is dependent on a clear line of sight between the earphones and your device. Obstructions such as large metallic objects or other devices transmitting radio or wireless signals in the vicinity may affect reception.
- Q) The Bluetooth earphones won't reconnect with my device. A) Occasionally, your Bluetooth device or the earphones may enter a locked state and require resetting. To do this, find the earphones in your device's Bluetooth list, select "forget this device", and then follow the "Disconnecting and reconnecting to your device" instructions again.
