Hoe to use the elbow splint

| Hold the elbow splint in your hand and confirm that the narrow side is in the direction of the palm. | Wrap 3 hook and loop straps around the elbow and thread through the buckles, then secure to desired compression. |

| Wrap support around the elbow and make sure the middle strap is in the elbow crease position, secure for a comfortable fit. | Continue to adjust the elbow splint in a comfortable position according to the previous 3 steps. |

| Attach one Hook & Loop of shoulder strap to the back of the elbow brace. | Attach another Hook & Loop of shoulder strap to the front of the elbow brace. |

| Wrap the shoulder strap around the shoulder on the other side. | Adjust the tightness, then you can sleep without worrying about the elbow splint slipping off your arm. |
