Setting Up Your Device with the App

Before requesting repairs, please attempt to diagnose the issue by following the instructions below.

Kusafisha Vifaa
The diffuser needs cleaning under the following conditions:
- When switching to a different type of fragrance.
- If the atomization output decreases significantly.
Hatua za kusafisha:
- Remove the atomizer head and detach the oil bottle.
- Prepare a container large enough to submerge the bottle.
Fill it with 70°/o to 99°/o isopropyl alcohol (isopropanol). - Allow the bottle to air-dry completely before reassembling.

This diffuser should only be used with fragrance oil without adding water. For better performance, we recommend only using AROMAPLAN’s scents.
