Before requesting repairs, please attempt to diagnose the issue by following the instructions below.

គ្មានការសាយភាយ	1- Verify if the machine is in its “non-workingperiod0 (e.g., programmed downtime). If it is, the diffuser will not spray.
ថ្នាំបាញ់ខ្សោយ	1-      Inspect the gasket for damage or looseness. Adjust or replace it as needed. 2-       Check if the atomization core is clogged; clean it with alcohol or replace it.
OIi Leakage	1- Verify if the bottle is attached correctly.
ប្រេង ហូរហៀរ	1-     Ensure the oil bottle is securely installed. Tighten it if loose. 2-     Verify if the sealing ring is damaged. 3-      Always keep the machine upright. Tilting or laying it flat can cause oil to overflow.

The diffuser needs cleaning under the following conditions:

1. When switching to a different type of fragrance.
2. If the atomization output decreases significantly.

1. Remove the atomizer head and detach the oil bottle.
2. Prepare a container large enough to submerge the bottle.
   Fill it with 70°/o to 99°/o isopropyl alcohol (isopropanol).
3. Allow the bottle to air-dry completely before reassembling.
