Installation Steps

1. Recessed Mounting:
   • Drill a hole of 14mm in a wooden plate.
   • Insert the sensor into the hole in the wooden plate.
   • Connect power and LED lights.
   • The lighting fixture can automatically turn on when any part of the human body is approaching within 2 meters from the sensor.
2. Surface Mounting:
   • Assemble the sensor and clip.
   • Place the sensor in the selected position.
   • Connect power and LED lights.
   • Tighten the screws.
   • The lighting fixture can automatically turn on when any part of the human body is approaching within 2 meters from the sensor.

Note: The function/program can be customized based on different needs, such as a longer time for stay on, etc.

FAQ

Q: How can I adjust the detection range of the PIR sensor?

A: The detection range is fixed at 2 meters and cannot be adjusted manually.

Q: Can the sensor be used outdoors?

A: It is recommended to use the sensor indoors as it may not perform optimally in outdoor conditions.

Operations

• PIR sensor switch PIR006A is connected to lighting fixtures, so the LED lighting fixture can be turned on automatically when any part of the human body is approaching within 2 meters from the sensor.
• The lighting fixture equipped with this PIR sensor will stay on if the human body stays within 2 meters of the sensor.
• It will turn off the LED light in 40 seconds after the human body moves away more than 2 meters.
