Charging

Before connecting for the first time, fully charge the controller’s battery.
To charge the battery, connect the controller to a USB port using the supplied USB cable. The LED indicator on the front of the controller will flash slowly in orange while charging and will turn off when the charge is complete.
Press and hold the Home button for 10 seconds to turn the controller off.

Connecting the controller to PSS

Turn on the console.
Connect the controller in sleep mode to one of the console’s USB ports using the USB cable provided.
Press the Home button: the controller connects and the LED indicator lights up. The controller is ready for use.
- For subsequent connections, simply press the Home button on the controller, and it will automatically connect to the console.
- You can also wake the console by pressing the Home button after the first pairing.

Connecting the controller to the PC

The controller only works in wired mode on a PC, using the Direct Input protocol.

Switch on your PC.
Connect the switched-off controller to one of the console’s USB ports using the USB cable supplied.

The controller is ready to use. It is recognised as a “DualSense Wireless Controller” in the list of game controllers. Vibration is not supported on PC.

Programming the RGB LEDs

When the controller is on, the default light mode is monochrome gradient.

You can change the light mode:

Fixed colours: press R3 & D-Pad up to change to switch colour.
Colour gradient: press R3 & D-Pad down to change to colour gradient mode.
To switch the RGB LED off (or back on), press R3 & Share.

Turbo function

IMPORTANT: The turbo function is not available in all games, only some can support it.
You can assign a turbo or auto function to the keys .
Turbo: for the first time, press one of the keys listed above, then Turbo. The key now has the turbo function, so every time you press it, it will repeat quickly.

Automatic: for the second time, press one of the keys listed above, then Turbo. The key now has the auto function, press it once, and the action will repeat endlessly.
Clear the turbo function: for the third time, press one of the keys listed above, then Turbo. The key is now reset to the original.

eSport M1 & M2 buttons

You can assign the keys to the M1 or M2 buttons.
By default, M1 is mapped to O and M2 is mapped to X.
1. Press and hold the M key, then press Share. The LED indicator will turn red.
2. Then press the key that you would like to affect and press M again to save the setting.
Example: to map R1 on Ml, press and hold M1, then press Share. The LED indicator turns red. Press R1, then M1 again, and M1 is now mapped to R1.
To clear the mapping, press the M key, then Share, then the M key again.

Gaming headset

You can plug a PSS gaming headset into the audio socket on the controller only if you are using it in wired mode.
To do this, connect it to the console using the USB cable supplied, then go to: Settings/ Accessories/ Controller (General)/ Communication mode and select USB cable.

Troubleshooting

If you are unable to connect the controller to the console, press the RESET button located in a small hole on the back of the controller with a paper clip. This will reset the controller.

If the controller does not work properly, go to www.subsonic.com to update the controller driver.
The haptics, adaptive triggers, speaker and microphone functions are not supported by the WIRELESS LED CONTROLLER. If you wish to use these functions in a game, use the official PSS controller.

Precautions for use

Do not use the controller for any purpose other than those described in this document.

To avoid electrical shock, store and use the controller in a dry place, away from moisture and direct sunlight.
Exposure to high temperatures may damage the body or internal electronics of the unit.
Do not disassemble.

Stop using the controller immediately if you experience fatigue, discomfort or pain. If these effects persist, consult your doctor.
Take regular breaks during play.
Do not allow small children to play with the controller. This product is not intended for children under the age of 7.
