2. Place food inside the oven on the provided grill rack or baking tray.
3. Set the desired cooking time using the 'Oven Timer Knob' (0-60 minutes). The oven will not ignite if the timer is not set.
4. Press and hold the 'Oven Ignition Security Switch' (marked with a hand icon) for 5-8 seconds while simultaneously turning the 'Oven Flame Control Knob' to the 'Ignite' position. You should see the oven flame ignite through the viewjandela ing.

The 60-minute timer is a mechanical timer. Turn the knob clockwise to set the desired cooking duration. The timer will tick down and automatically shut off the oven burner when it reaches zero. This feature helps prevent overcooking.
