The massager features an intuitive onboard control panel located on the side of the device. Press the power button to turn on/off. Use the mode button to cycle through 3 massage modes, and the intensity button to select from 3 intensity levels. The heat button activates soothing heat up to 45℃/103℉. A default 15-minute timer is set for each session.
