1. Ngecas Earbuds jeung Case
Before first use, fully charge the earbuds and the charging case. Use the provided Type-C USB cable and a DC5V-1A charger. Using incompatible USB cables or high voltage chargers can damage the product and void the warranty.

Mono/Stereo Bud Capability
You can use both earbuds together for a stereo audio experience or use a single earbud (left or right) independently for mono audio. To use a single earbud, simply take one out of the case and leave the other in, or put one back into the case while the other is in use.

If you encounter issues with your pTron Bassbuds Neo, refer to the following common solutions:
- Earbuds henteu dipasangkeun sareng alat:
Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device. Make sure the earbuds are charged and out of the case. Try forgetting the device from your phone's Bluetooth settings and re-pairing. - Ngan hiji earbud jalan:
