This device is designed to enhance your riding experience by providing seamless Bluetooth communication, music playback, and GPS navigation audio directly to your helmet. The U-Com 7R features Bluetooth 5.2 technology, multi-button design for ease of use, and IP67 waterproofing for reliable performance in various weather conditions. Please read this manual thoroughly before using the product to ensure proper installation and operation.

Before proceeding with installation, please verify that all components listed below are present in your package.

3.1 Tombol sareng Fungsi

• Tombol Musik: Controls music playback (play/pause, skip tracks).

The U-Com 7R offers flexible installation options to suit various helmet types.

4.1 Pasang Unit Utama

Pilih antara clamp mount or adhesive mount based on your helmet's design and your preference.

• Clamp Gunung: Ngageser clamp between the helmet shell and the inner padding. Secure it with the screws provided.
• napel Gunung: Clean the desired mounting area on the helmet's left side. Peel off the protective film from the 3M VHB adhesive on the bracket and firmly press it onto the helmet for at least 30 seconds. Allow 24 hours for the adhesive to fully cure before use.
• Once the bracket is secured, slide the U-Com 7R main unit onto the bracket until it clicks into place.

4.2 Masang Spiker sareng Mikropon

Proper placement of speakers and microphone is crucial for optimal audio quality.

• Locate the ear pockets inside your helmet. Attach the speakers using the provided Velcro pads, ensuring they are centered over your ears. Use spacers if needed for a snug fit.
• For full-face helmets, attach the wired microphone to the chin bar, positioning it directly in front of your mouth.
• For open-face or modular helmets, attach the boom microphone to the inside of the helmet near your mouth.
• Route all cables neatly under the helmet padding to avoid interference and ensure comfort. Connect the speaker and microphone cables to the main unit.

5. Operasi dasar

5.1 Daya Hurung/Pareuman

• Daya Hurung: Press and hold the Music button for approximately 3 seconds until the LED indicator lights up.
• Pareum listrik: Press and hold the Music button for approximately 3 seconds until the LED indicator turns off.

5.2 Ngapasangkeun Bluetooth sareng Smartphone

• With the U-Com 7R powered off, press and hold the Phone button for 5 seconds until the LED flashes red and blue, indicating pairing mode.
• On your smartphone, go to Bluetooth settings and select "Interphone U-Com 7R" from the list of available devices.

• Pairing Intercoms: Refer to the detailed pairing instructions in the full manual for multi-unit pairing. Generally, both units enter pairing mode, and one initiates the connection.
• Ngamimitian Interkom: Press the Intercom button once to initiate a conversation with a paired rider.
• Interkom Nungtung: Press the Intercom button again to end the conversation.

6.2 Music Playback and Sharing

• Puter / Reureuh: Press the Music button once.
• Lagu salajengna: Double-press the Music button.
• Lagu Sateuacanna: Triple-press the Music button.
• Babagi Musik: The U-Com 7R supports sharing music with a passenger. Refer to the app or full manual for specific steps.

6.3 Phone Calls and Voice Assistant

6.5 Interphone App

Download the official Interphone app for iOS and Android to manage settings, update firmware, and access additional features like audio equalizer and automatic volume adjustment.
