The Clue Conspiracy game is a secret role strategy game of shifting suspicions. As a guest at the luxurious Black Adder Resort, players discover that someone intends to murder the manager, Mr. Coral. A series of deadly traps are present throughout the resort, and someone is armed. Players must solve the ultimate mystery: who can you trust? This game involves deception and deduction, with players taking on secret roles on opposing teams: Friends versus the Conspiracy. The Friends work to save Mr. Coral and uncover the Who, Where, and What of the Conspiracy's secret Plot. The Conspiracy members attempt to secretly sabotage the Friends and carry out the murder at a specific location with a specific weapon. Both teams will find clues to share, or not. This thrilling strategy game is designed for 4-10 players, ages 14 and up, with an approximate playtime of 45 minutes.

To begin your game, follow these steps:
- Unfold the gameboard and place it in the center of the playing area.
- Each player selects a Clue character pawn and takes the corresponding Identity Envelope.
- Secret Role cards are shuffled, and each player secretly receives one, placing it inside their Identity Envelope. This card determines if they are a Friend or a Conspiracy member.
- Separate the remaining cards into Suspect, Location, and Weapon decks. Shuffle each deck individually.
- Place the Trap Tiles, Supply Cards, and Clue Cards in their designated areas on the gameboard.
- Place the Wooden Heart Token on the 'Mr. Coral is Safe' space of the Health Tracker.
- Place the Wooden Cloud Token on the '0' space of the Storm Tracker.
- Distribute the remaining cards evenly among all players. Players mark the cards they hold on their Scout Log.
