3. Atomic Signal Reception

The clock will automatically attempt to receive the WWVB radio signal from Fort Collins, Colorado. This signal ensures the clock is accurate to within one second and adjusts for Daylight Saving Time.

• For optimal signal reception, place the clock near a window, away from large metal objects or electronic devices that may cause interference.
• The ideal time for initial setup and signal reception is in the evening, as signal strength is often better overnight.
• The clock may take a few nights to successfully receive and synchronize with the signal. Be patient.
