This instruction manual provides detailed information for setting up and playing the Monopoly: Netflix Stranger Things Edition board game. Inspired by Season 4 of the Netflix series Stranger Things, this game challenges 2-6 players, aged 14 and up, to navigate Hawkins and the Upside Down.

The objective is to acquire properties, collect rent, and close Gates to the Upside Down, all while avoiding the dark influence of Vecna. The last player with money when all others are bankrupt wins, unless Vecna opens enough Gates to every location, in which case all players lose.

3. Distribute Money: Each player receives a starting amount of Monopoly money as specified in the game guide.

4. Shuffle and Place Cards:
   • Shuffle the Property Cards and place one face-up on each corresponding space on the board.
   • Shuffle the Cerebro Cards and place them face-down on their designated space.
   • Shuffle the Hellfire Club Cards and place them face-down on their designated space.

5. Choose Tokens: Each player selects one of the six themed tokens and places it on the "GO" space.
6. Select Banker: One player is chosen to be the Banker, responsible for all money and property transactions.

Player Turn Sequence:

5. Close Gates / Protect Locations:
   • If a property you own is in the "Upside Down," you can pay to close the Gate, flipping the card back to its normal side.
   • You can also place Cassette Tapes on your properties to protect them from opening Gates to the Upside Down.
