Before first use, fully charge your INA Wave 2. To charge:

1. Locate the DC power socket at the base of the device.
2. Insert the provided USB charging cable into the socket.

The INA Wave 2 offers 12 distinct vibration settings. Use the left and right arrow buttons to cycle through these patterns. Adjust the intensity of the vibrations using the up (+) and down (-) arrow buttons.
