7.2 Baffle Filter Cleaning

The stainless steel baffle filters are designed to separate grease from cooking fumes. They should be cleaned regularly, typically once a month depending on usage.

1. Turn off the chimney and disconnect it from the power supply.
2. Carefully remove the baffle filters by releasing kancingna.
3. Wash the filters with warm water and a degreasing detergent. For stubborn grease, soak them for a while.
