• Adequately warm your fingers if they are cold, as cold fingers can affect accuracy.

• Do not exercise or engage in strenuous activity for at least 30 minutes prior to measurement.

5. Parentah Operasi

1. Buka clamp of the pulse oximeter.
2. Insert one of your fingers (preferably the middle finger) into the device, ensuring it is fully inserted and resting on the sensor.
3. The device will automatically power on and begin measurement (or press the power button if your model requires it).
4. Keep your finger still for at least 30 seconds to allow the device to obtain a stable reading.
5. The display will show your blood oxygen saturation (SpO2) percentage and pulse rate (PR) in beats per minute.

• Normal SpO2: For a healthy individual, a blood oxygen saturation level of 95% or above is generally considered normal.
• Low SpO2: If your readings are consistently less than 93%, it indicates low blood oxygen saturation. In such cases, it is recommended to consult a physician immediately.
• Laju pulsa: The pulse rate indicates your heart rate, measured in beats per minute. Normal ranges vary by age and activity level.

Note: Oximeters provide accurate readings, but there may be a variance of 2-4%. Your physician may recommend taking two or three readings to ensure consistency before arriving at a final assessment.
