1. Engine Oil and Filter Change
- Locate the engine oil drain plug and place a drain pan underneath.
- Remove the drain plug and allow the old oil to drain completely. Replace the crush washer on the drain plug with a new one from the kit.
- Reinstall and tighten the drain plug to the manufacturer's specified torque.
- Locate and remove the old oil filter. Be prepared for residual oil to drain.
- Apply a thin coat of new engine oil to the O-ring of the new oil filter.
- Install the new oil filter, tightening it according to manufacturer specifications (usually hand-tight plus a quarter turn, or to a specific torque).
- Remove the engine oil fill cap and, using the provided funnel, add 2.5 liters of XPS 5W-40 engine oil.
- Replace the fill cap. Start the engine and let it run for a few minutes to circulate the new oil. Check for leaks.
- Turn off the engine, wait a few minutes, and check the oil level using the dipstick. Add more oil if necessary to reach the full mark.
2. Differential Fluid Change (Front and Rear)
The kit includes synthetic gear oil for both front and rear differentials. The specific viscosity for each differential is indicated on the bottles (SAE 75W-140 and SAE 75W-90).
- For each differential, locate both the fill plug and the drain plug. Place a drain pan underneath.
- Remove the fill plug first (this prevents vacuum lock and ensures you can refill it later).
- Remove the drain plug and allow the fluid to drain completely. Replace the crush washer on the drain plug with a new one from the kit.
- Reinstall and tighten the drain plug to the manufacturer's specified torque.
- Using the appropriate XPS Synthetic Gear Oil (75W-140 or 75W-90 as per your vehicle's manual), fill the differential until fluid begins to seep out of the fill hole. A flexible tube may be required for the front differential.
- Reinstall and tighten the fill plug to the manufacturer's specified torque.

- Open the housing and carefully remove the old air filter. Note its orientation.
- Clean the inside of the air filter housing, removing any dust or debris.
