2. Setup jeung Instalasi
Proper installation of the cartridge and stylus is crucial for optimal performance and to prevent damage to your records or turntable. Please follow these steps carefully.

2.2 Cartridge Mounting

- Cabut Cartridge Old (upami aya): Carefully disconnect the four color-coded wires from the old cartridge. Note their positions (usually Red-Right Hot, Green-Right Ground, White-Left Hot, Blue-Left Ground). Unscrew and remove the old cartridge.
- Attach New Cartridge: Align the new AT cartridge with the headshell of your turntable's tonearm. Use the provided fixing bolt to secure the cartridge to the headshell. Do not overtighten.

- Typically, this involves balancing the tonearm to a neutral position, setting the tracking force dial to zero, and then rotating the counterweight to the desired tracking force (e.g., 1.25 grams).
- If you have a stylus force gauge, use it for precise measurement.

- Brush gently from back to front (from the base of the cantilever towards the stylus tip). Never brush side-to-side or front-to-back, as this can damage the cantilever.
- For stubborn dirt, a specialized stylus cleaning fluid can be used sparingly with the brush.
4.2 Panggantian Stylus
The stylus is a consumable part and will wear out over time, typically after 500-1000 hours of playback, depending on care and record condition. A worn stylus can damage your records and degrade sound quality. This product includes a spare stylus for your convenience.

- Cabut Stylus Guard: Remove the clear stylus guard from the cartridge.
- Gently Remove Old Stylus: Hold the cartridge firmly with one hand. With the other hand, grasp the plastic housing of the stylus and gently pull it downwards and forwards away from the cartridge body. It should slide off.
- Install New Stylus: Align the new stylus with the slot on the cartridge body. Gently push it upwards and backwards until it clicks securely into place. Do not force it.
- Re-check Tracking Force: After replacing the stylus, it is good practice to re-check and adjust the tracking force.
