4. Setélan

  4. Wash all removable accessories (rotisserie forks, skewers, racks, pans) with warm, soapy water, rinse thoroughly, and dry completely.

5.1 Fungsi Rotisserie

Use this function for roasting whole chickens, turkeys, or other large cuts of meat.

  1. Prepare your meat by seasoning it as desired. Secure the meat onto the rotisserie spit using the forks. Ensure the meat is balanced to allow for even rotation.
  2. Insert the rotisserie spit into the designated slots inside the oven. The heating elements should be in the vertical position for rotisserie cooking.
  3. Place the drip tray pan at the bottom of the oven to collect juices and fats.
  4. Close the tempered glass door gently.
  5. Nyetél MODÉ knob to 'Rotisserie'.
  6. Saluyukeun TEMP knob to the desired temperature (e.g., 350-400°F for chicken).
  7. Nyetél TIMER knob to the desired cooking time. The oven will automatically turn off when the timer expires. For continuous operation, select 'Stay On'.
  8. Monitor the cooking progress through the glass door. Use a meat thermometer to ensure the internal temperature of the meat reaches safe levels.

5.2 Bake/Broil Function

For baking and broiling, the heating elements should be in the horizontal position.

  1. Adjust the heating elements to the horizontal position.
  2. Place the bake grill racks and/or bake pan into the desired slots.
  3. Place your food on the rack or in the pan.
  4. Close the tempered glass door.
  5. Nyetél MODÉ knob to 'Bake' or 'Broil'.
  6. Saluyukeun TEMP knob to the desired temperature.
  7. Nyetél TIMER knob for the required cooking duration.

5.3 Kebab Function

Use the rotating kebab rack for perfectly cooked kebabs.

  1. Thread your meat and vegetables onto the kebab skewers.
  2. Attach the skewers to the rotating kebab rack.
  3. Insert the kebab rack into the oven, ensuring it is properly seated for rotation. The heating elements should be in the vertical position.
  4. Place the drip tray pan at the bottom.
  5. Close the tempered glass door.
  6. Nyetél MODÉ knob to 'Rotisserie'.
  7. Saluyukeun TEMP knob to the desired temperature.
  8. Nyetél TIMER knob for the required cooking duration.
