Component Identification (Refer to OCR Page 1 Diagram)

  1. Panutup pulpen (colok USB/headphone): Protects the USB and headphone ports.
  2. Panyekel pena: The main body of the pen.

  4. Pen shoulder: The upper part of the pen body.

Daya Awal Hurung

  1. Press the power button down to turn on the device.
  2. The green indicator light will turn on, followed by the traffic lights flashing alternately for a few seconds.
  3. The device will then automatically enter recording mode.

Connecting to the Zhilian APP via Bluetooth

The VTR5900 can connect to a dedicated mobile application for enhanced features like instant audio file transfer, transcription, and translation.

  • Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone (Android 9.0 or above, or Apple phone).
  • Download and install the Zhilian APP from your device's app store.
  • Open the APP and follow the on-screen instructions to pair with your VTR5900.
  • Once connected, you can instantly transfer audio files, perform transcription, and utilize translation features.

OTG Connection for Data Transfer

The VTR5900 features a built-in OTG function, allowing direct connection to a phone for data interaction without an adapter.

  • Remove the pen cover to reveal the USB-C connector.

The VTR5900 automatically enters recording mode upon power-on. It features 360° omnidirectional pickup with a 10m long-range capability, suitable for various environments.

  • Rékam otomatis: After powering on, the device automatically begins recording. The green indicator light will turn on, and traffic lights will flash alternately before recording starts.

Pareuman

  • To stop recording and turn off the device, push the power button up.
  • The recording will be saved automatically before the device powers off.

Ngagunakeun Headphone

  • During Boot Recording: If headphones are required during the boot recording process, open the USB cover and insert the headphones. This will automatically save the current recording and start playing the current recording file.
  • When Turned Off: If the device is off and you wish to use headphones, remove the USB cover, insert the headphones, and then turn on the device. It will automatically play the first recorded file.
  • Kontrol Puteran:
    • Short press the "up/down" button twice in a row to switch between tracks.
    • Each short press of the "up/down" button adjusts the volume.
    • Press the play button on the headphones to pause playback.

Replacing the Pen Refill

  • To extend the pen refill for writing, gently twist the pen tip.
  • When the ink runs out, replace the pen refill with a compatible ink cartridge.
