6. Cara ngungkulan
6.1. Screen without any display, and no power
- Mimitian mesin mobil.
- Check if the OBD cable is tightly connected. Try pulling down and re-inserting the OBD cable multiple times.
- Ensure the product power switch is turned on.
- If still no display, test the device in another compatible car to determine if the issue is with the device or the car's OBD diagnostic interface. If the car's OBD interface is faulty, repair it.
6.2. Only shows car voltage and automatically powers off after 60 seconds
This indicates the product is not fully compatible with your vehicle's OBD system. The P10 Pro is only available for cars with OBD2 and EU-OBD agreements (European region: after 2003; Other regions: after 2007). It does not support JOBD and OBDI. Try testing it in another compatible car.
6.3. Inaccurate Speed
- First, check if the speed unit (KM/H or MPH) is correct in the settings. Adjust if necessary.
- If the displayed speed is consistently different from your dashboard (e.g., dashboard shows 100, device shows 101), enter the setting mode, navigate to 'Speed Adjust', and adjust the value (e.g., to 106% if the device is consistently 1% higher).
- If the device shows a speed (e.g., 5 KM/H) when the vehicle is off, adjust the 'Speed Offset' value to match this offset.
6.4. Inaccurate Fuel Consumption
Check your car's engine displacement and set the 'Engine Size' in the device settings to match it (e.g., if your car is 2.0L, set the device value to 2.0L). The 'Fuel Adjust' setting can also be used for fine-tuning, but it's generally not recommended to change it as data is read directly from the car's ECU.
6.5. RPM Alarm / Over Speed Alarm
If these alarms are triggering incorrectly or not at desired thresholds, refer to the 'Setting Mode' section to adjust the 'RPM Alarm' and 'Speed Alarm' values.
6.6. The device cannot auto power off
- If the device continues to display speed after the vehicle turns off, adjust the 'Speed Offset' value to match the displayed speed when off.
- If the device continues to display RPM after the vehicle turns off, switch to the 'Sleep Voltage' setting and set the value to 13.2V or higher.
6.7. Otomatis ngamimitian jeung ngeureunkeun mobil
For vehicles with auto start/stop functionality, change the 'Power Off Time' setting to 180-240 seconds.
6.8. Wrong operation leads to crashes
If the device crashes or behaves unexpectedly, perform a 'Factory Set' from the settings menu.
6.9. Car dashboard fault code bright
Universal OBD devices support multiple communication modes, but generally, each car only supports one specific communication protocol. If your dashboard fault code light illuminates, it might be due to incompatible pins. When the vehicle turns on, unplug the OBD cable and re-plug it. The device will then display the detected protocol. If the issue persists, you may need to identify and pull up unneeded pins according to the specific communication protocol (e.g., ISO15765 CAN Bus, ISO14230 KWP2000, ISO 9141-2) as detailed in the full PDF manual.
