WARNING: The circuit is dangerous. Installation must be performed by a professional electrician.

The surge protector is designed for direct connection to the home's main electrical panel, typically after the main air switch or leakage protection device. It should be connected in parallel with the main circuit, ensuring proper grounding.

  • Top Diagram: Shows connection with a main circuit breaker and a leakage protection device. The surge protector is connected in parallel to the Live (L) and Neutral (N) lines, with the N-PE module connected to the ground.
  • Bottom Diagram: Shows connection with a main circuit breaker and a residual current device (RCD). Similar parallel connection to L and N, with the N-PE module grounded.

Ensure all connections are tight and secure. Verify the correct polarity for Live (L) and Neutral (N) inputs.

4. Operasi

The EASPD-E surge protector operates automatically to divert transient over-voltages to the ground, protecting your electrical system. It features a visual warning module to indicate its operational status.

4.1 Visual Indicator

Each protective module is equipped with a visual indicator window:

  • héjo: Indicates normal working condition. The surge protector is functioning correctly.
  • Beureum: Indicates a working state failure. The lightning protection module has failed and needs to be replaced.
