Follow these steps to set up your TIDRADIO BL-1 Wireless Programmer:

  1. Install the Odmaster App: Download the "Odmaster" application from the Google Play Store (for Android) or the Apple App Store (for iOS).
  2. Connect the Programmer to your Radio: Insert the BL-1 Wireless Programmer firmly into the K-plug port of your walkie-talkie. Ensure the connection is secure.

3. Quansheng Series Programming Issue (Firmware Update)

As of January 20, 2024, an update has been released to fix programming issues with certain OUANSHENG series products (UV-K5, UV-K5(8), UV-K6, UV-5R Plus). To resolve this:

  1. Keep the wireless programmer connected to your mobile phone via the Odmaster app.
  2. In the Odmaster app, navigate to "Settings" -> "BluetoothOTA".
  3. Tap "START" and confirm the upgrade.

After this firmware update, you should be able to program the specified Quansheng devices normally.
