The VEVOR Electric Brewing System is an integrated brewing solution featuring a 9.2 Gal (35 L) pot capacity and an 8 Gal (30 L) total brewing volume. It includes a precise digital control panel, a circulating pump, and a condensing coil for efficient brewing and cooling.

- Posisi: Place the brewing pot on a stable, level, and heat-resistant surface. Ensure adequate space around the unit for ventilation and safe operation.

- Attach Circulating Arm: Connect the circulating arm to the designated port on the brewing pot. Ensure a tight and secure fit to prevent leaks.
- Connect Circulating Pump: Attach the circulating pump to the appropriate connections on the brewing pot and circulating arm. Verify all connections are secure.
- Install Condensing Coil: Place the condensing coil inside the brewing pot as shown in Figure 3. Connect the water inlet and outlet hoses (not included) to the coil and a water source/drain.
- Sambungan Daya: Ensure the unit's power switch is in the 'OFF' position before plugging it into a grounded electrical outlet.

- TEMP: Adjusts target temperature (25-100℃, ±10℃ calibration).

Basic Brewing Process (7 Steps):

- Disinféktan: Thoroughly clean and sanitize all brewing equipment that will come into contact with the wort or beer.
- mash: Add water and malt to the inner pot. Use the control panel to set the desired mashing temperature and time. The circulating pump will help maintain an even temperature.
- Saccharify: This step involves converting starches into fermentable sugars. The system supports automatic step mashing with up to 7 programmable stages. Program individual temperatures and durations via the control panel.
- saringan: After saccharification, the filter screen helps separate the wort from the spent grains.
- Kulub: Remove the malt basket. Bring the wort to a rolling boil. The control panel can remind you when to add hops.
- keren: Activate the condensing coil by running cold water through it to rapidly cool the wort to fermentation temperature.

Circulating Pump Operation:

The circulating pump has an independent ON/OFF switch. You can also adjust the flow rate as needed to ensure optimal wort circulation and temperature uniformity during mashing and saccharification.
