This advanced security camera features a dual-lens system with dual screens for comprehensive monitoring, AI auto-tracking, two-way audio, smart night vision, and robust IP66 waterproofing. It is designed for both indoor and outdoor use, providing reliable surveillance and peace of mind. This manual will guide you through the setup, operation, and maintenance of your new camera.

Note: This camera does not support connecting to NVR.

4. Setup Guide

Follow these steps to set up your Hiseeu PTZ WIFI Camera:

4.1. App Download & Installation

1. Open any app on your phone and scan the QR code provided in the user manual or on the product packaging to download the iCSee app.
2. Open the iCSee app and click on "Sign Up" to create a new account. Fill in the required registration information to complete the registration process.
3. Enter your registered account details and click on "Log In".

4.2. Power On The Device

1. Connect the camera to the provided DC 12V power supply.
2. Wait for the camera to perform a self-check. You will hear audible prompts indicating its status, such as "Waiting for connection, please configure the network according to the instructions."

4.3. Konfigurasi Jaringan

1. In the iCSee app, click on the "+" symbol (Add Device) at the top.
2. Select "WiFi Camera".
3. Follow the on-screen prompts. Ensure your phone's Wi-Fi is turned on and connected to a 2.4GHz network (5GHz networks are not supported).

5. The app will display a QR code. Position your phone 20-35cm in front of the camera lens so the camera can scan the QR code.

9. Set the recording mode (e.g., Local Storage, Cloud Storage).

2. Install the fixed bracket using the provided screws.
3. Mount the camera onto the fixed bracket.

5.1. Pan & Tilt Rotation

The camera offers a wide range of motion: 270° horizontal pan and 90° vertical tilt. You can remotely control the camera's movement through the iCSee mobile app to view every corner of your monitored area.

5.2. Dual Lens and Dual Screen

The camera features two lenses, providing a dual-screen view within the iCSee app. The upper screen displays a fixed-position view for general surveillance, while the lower screen shows the PTZ camera's view, allowing for detailed, adjustable monitoring.

5.3. AI Auto Tracking

When a person enters the camera's field of view, the AI auto-tracking feature will detect their movement and automatically follow them, ensuring continuous surveillance of the target.

5.4. Real Two-Way Audio

Equipped with a built-in microphone and speaker, the camera supports real-time two-way audio communication. This allows you to speak with visitors or deter intruders directly through the iCSee app, no matter where you are.

The camera features both white LEDs and IR LEDs, offering flexible night vision options. You can choose between full-color night vision for detailed, illuminated images or infrared black and white night vision for discreet monitoring in low-light conditions.

5.6. AI Human Detection Alerts

The camera's AI human detection quickly identifies human targets and sends immediate notifications to your phone via the iCSee app. This allows you to stay informed about activities in your monitored area in real-time.

• 2.4GHz WiFi Connection: Connect the camera to your home's 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. (Note: 5GHz Wi-Fi is not supported).

5.9. iCSee App Remote Access

The iCSee app allows you to access a live broadcast of the camera's video anytime, anywhere. It supports multiple users watching live video simultaneously, providing convenient remote monitoring.

• Remember that this camera is designed for standalone use with the iCSee app and does not support connection to NVR systems.
