- **Preparation**: Place the vehicle on a level and secure area. Disconnect the battery to prevent electrical shorts during installation.
- **Remove OEM Speedometer**: Refer to your vehicle's factory service manual for instructions on safely removing the existing speedometer.
- **Mount New Gauge**: Mount the new MAIMEIMI TRG85M gauge in the desired location on your dashboard. Ensure it is securely fastened.
- **Wiring Connections**:
- Locate and route the orange, green, and one of the black wires from the gauge's wiring harness to the existing OEM speedometer sensor wiring. You may extend or shorten these wires as necessary.
- Refer to the detailed wiring diagrams below for specific connections for various functions.
- **GPS Antenna Installation**:
- Securely fasten the GPS antenna. For optimal performance, place it outdoors or inside the front windscreen with a clear, unobstructed view langit nampi sinyal satelit.
- Connect the antenna cable to the designated socket on the gauge. Do not cut the antenna cable.
- **External Control Button Connection**: Connect the external control button to its designated input on the gauge.
- **Initial Power-On**: After all connections are made and the battery is reconnected, turn on the power. Allow the gauge to sample the satellite signal for approximately 1 minute for initial GPS lock.
**Important Note**: All data displayed by the gauge is for reference only and should not be solely relied upon as a navigation source.

5. Operasi
5.1 Tampilan Dasar
Upon powering on, the gauge will display various parameters including current speed, RPM, gear position, trip distance, and total odometer. Indicator lights for turn signals, high beam, oil pressure, and battery voltage are also present.

5.2 Parameter Menu Navigation
To access the parameter menu, press and hold the external control button while powering on the gauge. The LCD will cycle through "PULSE", "Unit", "odo", and "oiL" every 1 second. Release the button when the desired menu option is displayed to enter its settings.
- **"PULSE" (Engine Speed RPM Ratio)**:
- Sets the RPM ratio in units of pulse/rpm, with a range of 0.5-655.3.
- **How to confirm RPM Ratio**:
- If your sensor is installed on the flywheel panel, the RPM ratio equals the number of engine gears.
- If the speed signal is taken from the W-Terminal of the Alternator, the RPM ratio equals half the number of poles.
- If the W-terminal is unavailable, an external GR01 RPM sensor adapter (sold separately) can be used by crossing it around the ignition coil cable.
- **"odo" (Set Total Odometer)**:
- After selecting "odo", the LCD will display a value (e.g., "5000" for 5000 km).
- Press the button to adjust the flashing digit from 0 to 999999 to set the target odometer value.
- **"Unit" (Set Speed Unit)**:
- The LCD will switch between "km/h" and "mph". Release the button when your desired unit is displayed.
- **"oiL" (Set Fuel Gauge Signal)**:
- The LCD will display a value like "o00002" (representing an ohm range, e.g., 10~180Ω).
- Press the button to set the target ohm range based on your fuel sensor's specifications. Refer to Table A for common resistance values.
**Saving Settings**: After making changes in the parameter menu, you must disconnect both the Power+ and GND wires, then reconnect them to save the settings. Simply cutting Power+ will not save the changes.
5.3 Odometer & Trip Odometer
To reset the Trip Odometer to zero, power on the speedometer and then long-press the external control button.

- Verify power and ground wires are correctly connected and receiving appropriate voltage (9-36V DC).
- Inspect the wiring harness for any damage.
- **Inaccurate Speed/RPM Readings**:
- Pastikeun anteneu GPS boga jelas view ti langit.
- Verify the "PULSE" (RPM Ratio) setting is correctly configured for your engine (refer to Section 5.2).
- Check the speed sensor wiring for secure connections.
- **Fuel Level Not Displaying Correctly**:
- Confirm the "oiL" (Fuel Gauge Signal) setting matches your fuel sensor's ohm range (refer to Section 5.2 and Table A).
- Check the fuel level sensor wiring for secure connections.
- **Settings Not Saving**:
- Remember to disconnect both Power+ and GND, then re-power on after making changes in the parameter menu to save settings.
