This manual describes the assembly, installation, operation, and troubleshooting of the Anern Hybrid Solar Inverter. Please read this manual carefully before installation and operation, and keep it for future reference.

The Anern Hybrid Solar Inverter is a multi-function inverter/charger, combining the functions of an inverter, solar charger, and battery charger to provide uninterruptible power support. It features a comprehensive LCD display for user-configurable settings and easy operation.

The inverter/charger can be integrated into a complete running system that includes a generator or utility power source and PV modules. It can power various home and office appliances, including motor-type appliances up to 1.5HP.

Inverter Use Notice:
- The starting power of inductive load electrical appliances shall be at least three times the rated power of the electrical appliances. If the starting power exceeds the inverter power, the inverter may be damaged. Please select a suitable model before purchasing.
- Please connect the circuit correctly according to the instructions, and install switches for each circuit.
- Starting sequence: first turn on the battery switch, start the inverter, and turn on the PV, mains, and load switches.
- Shutdown sequence: turn off the switches of load, PV, and mains, turn off the inverter, and finally turn off the battery.
3. Setélan

CAUTION: For safety operation and regulation compliance, it's requested to install a separate DC over-current protector or disconnect device between battery and inverter. All wiring must be performed by a qualified personnel.

Follow these steps to implement battery connection:

- Connect all battery packs as shown in the diagram.
- Insert the battery wires flatly into battery connectors of the inverter and make sure the bolts are tightened with a torque of 2 Nm in a clockwise direction. Ensure polarity is correct at both the battery and the inverter/charger. Recommended tool: #2 Pozi Screwdriver.

CAUTION: Before making the final DC connection or closing the DC breaker/disconnector, be sure positive (+) must be connected to positive (+) and negative (-) must be connected to negative (-).
3.5 Input AC / Sambungan Kaluaran
CAUTION: Before connecting to AC input power source, please install a separate AC breaker between the inverter and AC input power source. This will ensure the inverter can be securely disconnected during maintenance and fully protected from overcurrent of AC input. The recommended spec of AC breaker is 20A for 2.0KW and 30A for 3.2KW.
Attention: After 90s of mains power connection to the inverter, the machine is connected to the mains and starts to work.
CAUTION: There are two terminal blocks with "IN" and "OUT" markings. Please do NOT mis-connect input and output connectors.

Pamilihan Modul PV
When selecting proper PV modules, be sure to consider these parameters:

PV Module Kawat Connection

- Check correct polarity of wire connection from PV modules and PV input connectors. Then, connect positive pole (+) of connection wire to positive pole (+) of PV input connector. Connect negative pole (-) of connection wire to negative pole (-) of PV input connector. Recommended tool: 4mm blade screwdriver.

4.1 Daya ON / OFF
Once all wiring is properly connected, and the machine is connected to the battery, press the power switch (located on the side of the machine) to start the unit. The machine will not start if the mains or photovoltaic power is connected but the switch is off.

4.3 Setélan LCD
After pressing and holding the ENTER button for 3 seconds, the unit will enter setting mode. Press "UP" or "DOWN" to select setting programs. Then, press "ENTER" to confirm the selection or ESC to exit.

4.4 Setélan tampilan
The LCD display information can be cycled by pressing the "Up" or "DOWN" keys. 4.5 Operasi Pedaran Mode
The inverter operates in various modes, each with specific behaviors and display indications:
- Standby mode / Power saving mode: The inverter is not outputting power, but can charge batteries. In power saving mode, output is off if the connected load is very low.
- Modeu Jalur: The unit provides output power from the mains and charges the battery. If 'solar first' is selected and solar energy is insufficient, solar and utility will power loads and charge the battery.
- Mode batré: The unit provides output power from the battery and PV power. PV energy will supply power to loads and charge the battery.
- Mode kasalahan: Errors caused by internal circuit issues or external reasons like over temperature or output short circuit. PV energy and utility can still charge batteries.
5. Pangropéa
5.1 Batre Equalization Katerangan
The equalization function reverses the buildup of negative chemical effects like stratification and helps remove sulfate crystals from battery plates. This process is crucial for maintaining battery capacity and is recommended periodically.

You must enable the battery equalization function in monitoring LCD setting program 30 first. Then, you may apply this function by either of these methods:

Equalize Charging Time and Timeout
Dina Equalize stage, the controller supplies power to charge the battery until the battery voltage reaches the equalization voltage. Constant-voltage regulation maintains this voltage until the set battery equalized time is reached. If the battery voltage does not rise to the equalization point within the equalized time, the charge controller will extend the time. If the voltage is still low after the timeout, the charge controller will stop equalization and return to the float stage.
5.2 Clearance and Maintenance for Anti-Dust Kit (Optional)
Every inverter is installed with an anti-dust kit from the factory. The inverter automatically detects this kit and activates an internal thermal sensor to adjust internal temperature. This kit also keeps dust out of your inverter and increases product reliability in harsh environments.
- Remove screws as shown in the manual.
- Remove the dustproof case and take out the air filter foam.
- Clean the air filter foam and dustproof case. After cleaning, re-assemble the dust-kit back to the inverter.

6.3 Patarosan anu Sering Ditaroskeun (FAQ)
- Q: Whether to start with battery? A: Henteu.
- Q: Whether it can directly supply power to the load? A: Enya.
- Q: Whether it can be connected to the grid? A: PV gives priority to power supply to the load, and extra to charge the battery. More can be integrated into the grid (needs to be based on local government policies). Note: 1600W and 3000W models cannot send remaining power to the grid.
- Q: How many solar panels need to be connected? A: To start the inverter normally, the voltage of the solar panel is recommended to be 300V-400V, with a maximum not exceeding 500V. For PRO-3.6KW/PLUS-6.2KW, the power of the solar panel should not exceed 6.2KW/6.5KW. For example, 10 pcs of 250W 30V solar panels connected in series.
- Q: Can inverters be connected in series or parallel? A: Henteu.
- Q: Is this an on-grid tied inverter? Can it be output to utility? A: Yes. It is a hybrid inverter that can be both off-grid and on-grid connected.
- Q: Does the inverter have to be connected to the battery? A: Can be connected with or without battery, but without the battery, the voltage of the solar panel should exceed 360Vdc.
- Q: What types of batteries can be used? A: Lead-acid batteries, gel batteries, Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePo4), and lithium batteries can be used. A 24V battery is for the 3.6KW model, and a 48V battery for the 6.2KW model. The battery capacity cannot be less than 100AH.
- Q: Can it be used in air conditioners, water pumps, and wind turbines? A: It can be used in air conditioners, but not in water pumps and wind turbines.
- Q: Is it a high frequency inverter or a low frequency inverter? A: High frequency.
- Q: Can the utility be used to power the inverter when there is no sun? A: Enya.
- Q: How to choose the power of the inverter according to the household appliances? A: If household appliances contain inductive load appliances, such as refrigerators, washing machines, air conditioners, etc., the power of the inverter should be at least three times the total power of the inductive load appliances, otherwise the appliances may not be able to start.
- Q: Is it possible to use PV, battery, grid supply at the same time? A: Yes. In the default PV priority mode, when the PV input is insufficient, the battery and utility will be used.
