  • Mode otomatis: The auto reclosing function is enabled. The device will attempt to reclose the circuit breaker automatically after a trip.
  • Mode MANU: The auto reclosing function is disabled. The MCB/RCCB can only be opened and closed manually. This mode is typically used for maintenance or when automatic reclosing is not desired.

Power Indicator (PWR LED)

  • When powered on, the green indicator will flash for 2 seconds to wait for the power supply to stabilize.
  • After stabilization, the green indicator light will stay on.
  • If the MCB/RCCB fails to trip, the red indicator light will be on.
  • During auto reclosing delay, the red indicator light will flash.
  • After a successful reclose, the green light will be on.

Automatic Reclosing Logic (AUTO Mode)

The GRD9L-R attempts to reclose the circuit breaker up to 3 times after a trip, with specific time intervals. If reclosing is successful, the counter resets. If all 3 attempts fail within 15 minutes, the device will lock out and require manual intervention.

Reclosing Sequence:

  1. 1st Trip: If the MCB/RCCB trips, the recloser waits 10 seconds, then attempts to switch ON.
  2. 2nd Trip: If it trips again within 15 minutes, it waits 60 seconds, then attempts to switch ON.
  3. 3rd Trip: If it trips a third time within 15 minutes, it waits 300 seconds, then attempts to switch ON.
  4. Konci kaluar: If the third attempt fails, or if there are continuous closing failures within 15 minutes, the device enters a locked-out state (LOCK) and will not attempt further reclosing until manually reset or the 15-minute timer expires after a successful reclose.
