HARDWARE
Measure 2 in on drill bit (R) and mark it for later use.TIP: To prevent scratches, assemble product on top of box or other soft surface.
TIP: To help with installation 1 person should attach screws, the second person should apply pressure and hold parts in place.Lay down steps (Y) and lower in slide (W) applying downward pressure to help close gaps.
Person 2 should be applying pressure to minimize gaps. Person one should be installing screws (M). Repeat to other side.
Using 2 people, attach support brace (X) into steps (Y) and slide (W).
Repeat process to other end of brace (X). Tighten bolt (A) and nut (B) using rachet and wrench.
Stand slide upright for installation of the screws into the base of the steps. This will help prevent gapping.
Using screw (M), connect base ( AA ) to steps (Y).
Use soapy water to attach sprinkler head (S) to hose (T) until fully secured.
Feed hose (T) through slide till sprinkler head (S) is in place.
Make sure when inserting tube (T) through slide, that Sprinkler head (S) lines up creating no gaps.
Continue to feed hose (T) through base (AA). Once through use two people to stand slide upright.
Using soapy water attach hose attachment (K) to hose (T) until fully inserted and secure.
One person should get on top of the slide to help apply pressure. Start with getting the back of the handle in first. The other person should help line up the front part of the handle.
While holes are lined up have one person holding Handle in place while other attached bolts.
Start by placing handle bar (V) in and lining up back holes with plate (P) for bolt installation.
Once both handles have been bolted into the steps and secured, the person putting bolts in should line up the holes for bolt install. The second person needs to hold handle in place and apply downward pressure.
Line up the holes on the plate(N1) with handle (V) and install bolts (C) making sure plate is flush. Repeat process to other side.
Using two people move the entire slide to the desired location of your pool. Mark the holes in the foot (Z) and base (AA) for anchor installation.
NOTE: Slide needs to be set with overhang placed right at edge of concrete for proper anchor installation.
Once slide is in place, use a marker to mark the drill holes for the anchors into the concrete.Once holes are marked, move slide and use included drill bit to drill into concrete for anchor installation.
For drilling and anchor installation hole needs to be drilled straight otherwise installation will not hold slide in place.
Once holes are drilled using provided masonry drill bit (S) to a minimum depth of 2 inches, use a hammer on the anchor tool (J) to drive anchor (H) into concrete. Making sure top is flush when complete.
Using a 3/4″ socket, attach bolt (E), lock washer (F), and flat washer (G) to anchor (H). Tighten till secured.
