SETUP

CONNECTION

FUNCTIONS

OPTIPOINT 2-POINT ACTUATION

Press the SteelSeries Function Key (3) + (O) to
enable Gaming Mode, the number 1 will light up .
Press the SteelSeries Function Key (3) + (I) to enable
Typing Mode, the number 2 will light up

PROFILE SWITCHING

Press the SteelSeries Function Key (3) + Profile Switching
Key (4) repeatedly to cycle through the profiles

ON-THE-FLY MACRO RECORDING

Press and hold the SteelSeriesFunctionKey(3) + On-the-flyMacro Recording Key (5) for 2 seconds to start recording .
Type your desired key combinations .
Press the SteelSeries Function Key (3) + On-the-fly Macro Recording Key (5) to end Macro Recording .
The On-the-fly Macro Recording Key (5) will now be flashing, press the key you want to assign the Macro to .

ILLUMINATION BRIGHTNESS CONTROL

Press the SteelSeries Function Key (3) + Illumination
Brightness Key (Down) (6) to reduce Illumination Brightness .
Press the SteelSeries Function Key (3) + Illumination
Brightness Key (Up) (6) to increase Illumination Brightness

MULTIMEDIA CONTROLS

Multimedia Volume Roller (1)

Volume Up: Scroll Wheel Up
Volume Down: Scroll Wheel Down
Mute / Unmute: Toggle Press Wheel

Multimedia Key (2)

Play /Pause: Single Press

Forward /Skip Track: Double Press
Back /Previous Track: Triple Press

CUSTOMIZE YOUR KEYBOARD

SWAPPABLE KEYCAPS

Each Keycap on the Apex 9 TKL can be removed and replaced . Use the Keycap Puller (11) located on the bottom of your Keyboard to easily pull off each Keycap . Replacement and additional designer Keycap sets are available for purchase on steelseries.com .

SWAPPABLE SWITCHES

Each Switch on the Apex 9 TKL can be removed and replaced . Switch Puller is not included . Additional Switch sets and Switch Pullers are available for purchase on steelseries.com
