SIM card provides cellular connectivity to a device, if the SIM card is not in the device you won’t be able to use the service supported by the SIM card, tracking a device, however, is a capability provided any the actual device and its supported software. Yes, it did work when I install it until I didn’t know the basics of texting the massage on its email address. So it doesn’t work out. So thank you for your support.
