Instructions

  1. Step 1: Set-up
    Open My solution and navigate to the settings icon. Then click on ‘Set up for current app’.SPADEWORK-Integration-Mysolution-Software-IMAGE--1
  2. Step 2: App management
    Go to the ‘PLATFORM TOOLS’ menu under Apps and then click on App Management.

  3. Step 3: Add External Client-app
    Click on ‘New external client app’ at the top right.SPADEWORK-Integration-Mysolution-Software-IMAGE-3
  4. Step 4: Fill in Basic Information

  5. Step 5: API: Filling in OAuth settings

    • Find in the list:
      • Manage user data via APIs (api)
      • Perform requests at any time (refresh_ token, offline_ access)
      • Access content resources (content)

    • Flow Enablement:
      • Enable Client Credentials
        Flow
      • Others unchecked
    • Security:
      • Require secret for Web
      • Server Flow
      • Require secret for Web
      • Server Flow
      • Others unchecked

  6. Step 6: OAuth Credentials Transfer
    Open the OAuth settings (Consumer key and secret) in the external app under Settings. Copy this information and add it to the configuration in Spadework.SPADEWORK-Integration-Mysolution-Software-IMAGE-9
