Product Usage Instructions

Turning On the Device:
Slide the switch to the left to turn on the device.

SOS Button Pairing:
Press the SET button for 3 seconds to enter SOS button pairing mode. The device will beep twice to indicate pairing mode. The power light flashes first, beeps once for successful pairing, and then returns to normal light.

Removing Paired Devices and Mute:
Press and hold the ON OFF button to remove paired devices and mute. Hold for 10 seconds to clear all SOS devices. Press this button to clear the alarm when triggered.

Distribution Network Mode:
Long press the VOL button for 3 seconds, wait for a beep, and then enter the distribution network mode.

Battery Replacement:

1. Open the cover.
2. Remove the old battery with a tool.
3. Replace with a new CR2032 battery.
4. Put the cover back on.

Receiver Pairs with SOS Button

• SOS Button before leaving factory,QC needs to pair it with Receiver to test whether it is valid , so if the SOS Button has been paired, it can be used directly. If pressing the SOS Button does’t work, please pair the SOS Button with Receiver.

How to Pair the SOS Button with Receiver

1. Press the “SET” button for 3 seconds, beep twice to enter the SOS button pairing mode, the power light flashes first, beeps once for successful pairing, and the power light returns to normal light
   Press and hold the “ON OFF” button to remove paired devices and mute. Press and hold for 10 seconds to clear all SOS devices. When an alarm is triggered, press this button to clear the alarm
2. Short press the SOS Button, and the Receiver will stop “beep” after successful pairing.

Test If The Pairing Is Successful

1. SOS Button needs to be used within 426ft/130m range of the Receiver.(So the SOS Button cannot be brought outside.)
2. Press the SOS Button.
3. Receiver alarms.
4. Press the “ON OFF” button to remove the alarm
5. Remove alarm in the APP.

Connect with Mobile APP

Download APP

• Scan the QR code to download theAPP.
• Please go to the application market to search for “Tuya Smart” or “Smart Life”.

Notes on distribution network

1. Wi-Fi Frequency
2. Wi-Fi: IEEE 802.11 b/g/n 2.4G Support 2.4GHz
3. The distance between the Receiver and WiFi Signal needs to be less than 20m/66ft (the closer the better).

The distance varies with the environment. If the Receiver is too far from the router, it will not be able to connect to the smartphone.

Connect the Receiver to APP
Both APPs are similar in use, just choose one of them

1. Connect your phone to WiFi and turn  on Bluetooth.
2. Open APP, click “Add Device”.
3. Click “Add” after the device is automatically discovered.
4. Confirm WiFi’s name and password, and click “Next”
5. Wait for a successful connection.
6. Click”Done”.
7. Receiver’s page in the APP.

Connect the SOS Button to APP

1. At the bottom of the Receiver’s page in the APP, Click “Accessories”
2. Click”+”in the upper right corner.
3. After the Receiver is “beep, please short press the SOS Button.
4. Wait for a successful connection, click”Confirm”.

Description

1. Slide to the left.
2. Click “Delete”.

APP Notification Setting

• Click “Me”, and click ” in the upper right comer
• Click “APP Notification”
• Click “Notifications”.
• Turn on Bluetooth and Local Network, and click “Notifications”.
• Turn on “Allow Notifications”, “Sounds” and “Badges”, and choose Alerts ways you like

If your phone is in Silent mode, your phone will not ring alert when the SOS button is pressed. So you need to turn on Ring mode on your phone so that your phone have a ring alert when receive alert.

1. Click” “on the upper riaht corner of the Receiver’s page in the APP.
2. Click”Share Device”
3. Click”Add Sharing”
4. Select sharing ways

Steps to Set Alarm Ringtone

1. At the bottom of the Receiver’s page in the APR Click “Accessories”.
2. Click “Dectector01 “
3. Click “alarm ringtone”.
4. Choose your favourite ringtone
5. Click “Save”

Steps to Set Alarm Time

1. At the bottom of the Receiver’s page in the APR Click “Setting”.
2. Click “Alarm time”.
3. Choose the alarm duration according to your needs, and click “Confrim”.

Steps to Set Alarm Volume

1. At the bottom of the Receiver’s page in the APR Click “Setting”.
2. click “Alarm volume”.
3. Choose the alarm volume level according to your needs, and click “Confrim

Steps to Set Brightness

• At the bottom of the Receiver’s page in the APR Click “Setting”.
• Click “Alarm light brightness”.
• Choose the brightness level according to your needs, and click “Confrim”.

Delete SOS Button

1. At the bottom of the Receiver’s page in the APP, Click “Accessories”.
2. Slide to the left.
3. Click “Delete”.
4. Click “Confirm”.

Clear all accessories

1. At the bottom of the Receiver’s page in the APP, Click “Setting”.
2. Click “all clear device”.
3. Click “Confirm”.

Unbind mobile APP

1. Click” “on the upper right corner of the Receiver’s page in the APP.
2. Click “Remove Device”.

Installation

Receiver Installation

• APP’S Function can not be used if the Receiver as not connected with APP via WiFi.
• 2 ways to place

Wall-mounted installation steps

• Mark the wall with 2 mountina holes locations, and drill 2 wan plugs in 2 holes
• Use a Phillips screwdriver to twist in 2 screws in 2 holes in clockwise direction
• Turn down the Receiver corresponding to the hanging piate buckle
• Receiver plugs in USB power cable

SOS Button Installation

2 Ways to Use

• Double-sided tape can stick SOS Button to the bathroom/toilet/kitchen, etc.
• Lanyard design that can be hung around the neck.
