For HDMI output, the host USB-C port from your device must support video output.
USB-A ports will not support Apple SuperDrive/ Nintendo Switch or charge iPads and other tablets.

Some 2.4 GHz wireless devices such as wireless keyboard/mouse adapter may not work in close proximity to USB 3.0 devices or hubs. Connect the devises to the USB ports farther away to avoid interference.
For safety, please use your original or a third-party certified charger and cable to charge your Laptop/MacBook.

For stable work it is recommended to attach a power supply.

Why is there no video output?

Please make sure your USB-C® source devices support video output. Please check the connection is good. Please use standard HDMI® cable.

Why is there no audio output from HDMI port?

Please make sure that there is audio output function on the monitor. Please set the external monitor as default audio output device.

Why can't some mobiles use USB 3.2 Gen1 or card reader?

Make sure your mobile USB-C® supports OTG.

Sometimes WiFi stops working while HDD is connected to the Hub, what can be done?

2.4 G networks are easily disturbed, switch to 5G or adjust the placement of your HDD to reduce impact of disturbing frequencies.

What if display stops working after connecting high power devices like HDD?

Please connect power supply to provide enough power and reconnect devices.
